2. Design, Layout & Selections

We refine the layout and design room-by-room and select all appliances, lighting, hardware, finishes, and fixtures before construction begins.

3. Contract, Orders & Permits

We finalize pricing and schedule, place all material orders, and handle permitting so everything is ready before we start.

4. Build, Walkthrough & Warranty

We execute the work, complete a detailed final walkthrough, and back our craftsmanship with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
